C\u00edlem studie bylo analyzovat, jak\u00fd je n\u00e1zor na vyu\u017eit\u00ed bezpilotn\u00edch letadel pro zdravotnickou z\u00e1chrannou slu\u017ebu a p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b v jak\u00fdch \u010dinnostech u zdravotnick\u00e9 z\u00e1chrann\u00e9 slu\u017eby se daj\u00ed bezpilotn\u00ed letadla vyu\u017e\u00edt.<br \/>\nMetody: \u0160et\u0159en\u00ed prob\u00edhalo pomoc\u00ed polostrukturovan\u00fdch rozhovor\u016f. Pro anal\u00fdzu rozhovor\u016f byly pou\u017eity principy zakotven\u00e9 teorie.<br \/>\nV\u00fdsledky: Anal\u00fdzou rozhovor\u016f byly identifikov\u00e1ny 3 tematick\u00e9 okruhy: (1) Zku\u0161enosti ze slo\u017eek integrovan\u00e9ho z\u00e1chrann\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu (IZS); (2) Pohledy na mo\u017en\u00e9 vyu\u017eit\u00ed \u2013 v\u00fdhody a nev\u00fdhody; (3) Rizika a komplikace spjat\u00e9 s drony.<br \/>\nZ\u00e1v\u011br: Respondenti obecn\u011b za\u0159azen\u00ed bezpilotn\u00edch letadel do v\u00fdbavy zdravotnick\u00fdch z\u00e1chrann\u00fdch slu\u017eeb nedoporu\u010dili, ale navrhuj\u00ed u\u017e\u0161\u00ed spolupr\u00e1ci v r\u00e1mci slo\u017eek IZS, d\u00edky kter\u00e9 mohou b\u00fdt bezpilotn\u00ed letouny racion\u00e1ln\u011b vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1ny v\u0161emi slo\u017ekami.<\/p>\n<p><b>Kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e1 slova: <\/b>bezpilotn\u00ed letadlo \u2013 dron \u2013 integrovan\u00fd z\u00e1chrann\u00fd syst\u00e9m \u2013 p\u0159ednemocni\u010dn\u00ed neodkladn\u00e1 p\u00e9\u010de \u2013 zdravotnick\u00e1 z\u00e1chrann\u00e1 slu\u017eba<\/p>\n<p><b>Abstract <\/b><\/p>\n<p>Introduction: Unmanned Aerial Vehicles has experienced very rapid development in recent years. The aim of the study was to analyse the opinion on the use of unmanned aircraft for the emergency medical services and possibly in what activities they can be used.<br \/>\nMethods: The survey was conducted using semi-structured interviews. The principles of grounded theory were used for the analysis of the interviews.<br \/>\nResults: The analysis of the interviews identified 3 topics: (1) Experience from the integrated rescue system (IRS); (2) Perspectives on possible use \u2013 advantages and disadvantages; (3) Risks and complications associated with drones.<br \/>\nConclusions: Respondents generally did not recommend the inclusion of unmanned aerial vehicles in the equipment of emergency medical services, but suggest closer cooperation within the IRS, thanks to which unmanned aircraft can be used rationally by all organisations of IRS.<\/p>\n<p><b>Key words: <\/b>Unmanned Aircraft \u2013 Drone \u2013 Integrated Rescue System \u2013 Prehospital Emergency Care \u2013 Emergency Medical Services<\/p>\n<h6><b>STRESOV\u00c9 KARDIOMYOPATIE \u2013 KAZUISTIKY<\/b><\/h6>\n<p><b>STRESS CARDIOMYOPATHY \u2013 CASE REPORTS<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Marcela B\u00edlsk\u00e1, Roman \u0160kulec, Barbora Stadlerov\u00e1, Tom\u00e1\u0161 Pa\u0159\u00edzek, Michal Kalina, Vladim\u00edr \u010cern\u00fd, David Astapenko<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Abstrakt <\/b><\/p>\n<p>Stresov\u00e1 kardiomyopatie (SKM) je klinick\u00fd syndrom, p\u0159i kter\u00e9m doch\u00e1z\u00ed k rozvoji srde\u010dn\u00ed dysfunkce v reakci na psychick\u00fd nebo fyzick\u00fd stres. V urgentn\u00ed p\u00e9\u010di m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt SKM p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou rozvoje hypotenze, arytmi\u00ed nebo akutn\u00edho srde\u010dn\u00edho selh\u00e1n\u00ed. D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 je jej\u00ed odli\u0161en\u00ed od akutn\u00edho koron\u00e1rn\u00edho syndromu. I p\u0159es reverzibilitu onemocn\u011bn\u00ed je SKM nebezpe\u010dn\u00e1 pro riziko rozvoje z\u00e1va\u017en\u00fdch komplikac\u00ed. L\u00e9\u010dba je p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b symptomatick\u00e1. S rozvojem rutinn\u00edho pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed Point-of-Care ultrasonografie v urgentn\u00ed medic\u00edn\u011b lze p\u0159edpokl\u00e1dat n\u00e1r\u016fst incidence SKM. V tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku auto\u0159i prezentuj\u00ed t\u0159i kazuistiky SKM s r\u016fzn\u00fdm typem po\u0161kozen\u00ed srdce a shrnuj\u00edc\u00ed doporu\u010den\u00ed pro praxi.<\/p>\n<p><b>Kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e1 slova: <\/b>stresov\u00e1 kardiomyopatie \u2013 takotsubo kardiomyopatie \u2013 echokardiografie<\/p>\n<p><b>Abstract <\/b><\/p>\n<p>Stress cardiomyopathy (SCM) stands for a clinical syndrome in which cardiac dysfunction develops in response to psychological or physical stress. In the emergency care setting, SCM can lead to the development of hypotension, arrhythmias or acute heart failure. Its distinction from acute coronary syndrome is important. Despite the reversibility of the disease, SCM is dangerous because of the risk of developing serious complications. Treatment is predominantly supportive. Due to routine use of Point-of-Care ultrasonography in emergency medicine, an increase in the incidence of SCM can be expected. Hlavn\u00ed teoretick\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st se zam\u011b\u0159uje na isl\u00e1m jako n\u00e1bo\u017eenstv\u00ed a specifika pacient\u016f muslimsk\u00e9ho vyzn\u00e1n\u00ed, kter\u00e1 maj\u00ed vliv na \u00farove\u0148 neodkladn\u00e9 p\u00e9\u010de. Pr\u016fzkumn\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st tohoto \u010dl\u00e1nku byla \u0159e\u0161ena formou dotazn\u00edkov\u00e9ho \u0161et\u0159en\u00ed se zam\u011b\u0159en\u00edm na znalosti a zku\u0161enosti zdravotnick\u00e9ho person\u00e1lu v r\u00e1mci multikulturn\u00edho o\u0161et\u0159ovatelstv\u00ed u pacient\u016f muslimsk\u00e9ho vyzn\u00e1n\u00ed. V t\u00e9to \u010d\u00e1sti jsme vyhodnotili v\u00fdsledky 100 respondent\u016f pracuj\u00edc\u00edch na odd\u011blen\u00edch urgentn\u00edho p\u0159\u00edjmu a zdravotnick\u00e9 z\u00e1chrann\u00e9 slu\u017eby. The introduction of the article explains the concept of multicultural nursing. The main theoretical part focuses on the Islam as a religion and on the specifics of patients of the Muslim faith, which affect the level of emergency care. The exploratory part of the article was conducted in the form of a questionnaire survey, where we focused on knowledge and experiences of medical staff within multicultural nursing in patients of the Muslim faith. In this part we evaluated the results of 100 respondents working in the emergency department and emergency medical service.
