Studenti l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00fdch fakult budou v budoucnu jako l\u00e9ka\u0159i v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u00e9 ud\u00e1losti nuceni na tyto situace reagovat. Teoretick\u00e9 znalosti, praktick\u00e9 dovednost\u00ed a ochota medik\u016f se zapojit byla zji\u0161\u0165ov\u00e1na pomoc\u00ed dotazn\u00edku pro studenty 5. a 6. ro\u010dn\u00edku v\u0161eobecn\u00e9ho l\u00e9ka\u0159stv\u00ed. 89,5 % \u010desk\u00fdch medik\u016f se nec\u00edtilo dostate\u010dn\u011b vzd\u011blan\u00fdch v medic\u00edn\u011b katastrof a p\u0159ipraveno \u0159e\u0161it CBRN incidenty. V\u011bt\u0161ina student\u016f by ocenila v\u00edce p\u0159edn\u00e1\u0161ek a praktick\u00fdch cvi\u010den\u00ed z t\u00e9to oblasti.<\/p>\n<p><b>Kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e1 slova: <\/b>sebehodnocen\u00ed \u2013 dotazn\u00edk \u2013 CBRN \u2013 medic\u00edna katastrof \u2013 studenti<br \/>\nmedic\u00edny<\/p>\n<p><b>Abstract <\/b><\/p>\n<p>The preparedness of healthcare workers is crucial in the event of a disaster or the event involving the use of chemical, biological, radiological or nuclear substances (CBRN). In the future, medical students will have to respond to these situations as physicians in the event of a multiple victim incident. Theoretical knowledge, practical skills, and willingness of medical students to participate were determined using a questionnaire for students in the 5th and 6th year of general medicine. 89.5 % of Czech medical students did not consider themselves sufficiently educated in disaster medicine and prepared to deal with CBRN incidents. In visualization, the system of the College of Paramedics was adopted, which divides the possibilities into four areas \u2013 clinical practice, leadership and management, education, and research and development. Currently, the area of clinical practice and research and development is inadequately covered. Z\u00e1t\u011b\u017eov\u00e9 faktory byly shodn\u00e9 ve v\u0161ech zasa\u017een\u00fdch zem\u00edch, i kdy\u017e se mohly projevovat s r\u016fznou intenzitou podle vysp\u011blosti zdravotnictv\u00ed. V\u011bt\u0161ina publikovan\u00fdch studi\u00ed o dopadech na psychiku zdravotn\u00edk\u016f je kvantitativn\u00edch a mapuje v\u00fdskyt depresivn\u00ed symptomatologie, p\u0159\u00edznak\u016f vyho\u0159en\u00ed, m\u00edry z\u00e1t\u011b\u017ee a dal\u0161\u00edch faktor\u016f. Na\u0161\u00edm c\u00edlem bylo pomoc\u00ed kvalitativn\u00ed anal\u00fdzy zjistit, jak\u00e9 pot\u0159eby maj\u00ed pracovn\u00edci ve zdravotnictv\u00ed.<br \/>\nMetody: Na z\u00e1klad\u011b otev\u0159en\u00fdch odpov\u011bd\u00ed ze t\u0159\u00ed vln dotazn\u00edkov\u00e9ho \u0161et\u0159en\u00ed \u010desk\u00e9ho ramene mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed studie HEROES z let 2020, 2021 a 2022 jsme analyzovali 1105 odpov\u011bd\u00ed z celkov\u00fdch 2880. Z dotazn\u00edku pot\u0159eb v r\u00e1mci pilotn\u00ed interven\u010dn\u00ed studie HEROES z roku 2023 jsme analyzovali 118 odpov\u011bd\u00ed. Pou\u017eili jsme p\u0159\u00edstup obsahov\u00e9 anal\u00fdzy. Po vytvo\u0159en\u00ed k\u00f3dovac\u00edho sch\u00e9matu byla data k\u00f3dov\u00e1na v programu Atlas.ti. K\u00f3dy byly n\u00e1sledn\u011b rozt\u0159\u00edd\u011bny do kategori\u00ed.<br \/>\nV\u00fdsledky: Pot\u0159eby zdravotn\u00edk\u016f byly kategorizov\u00e1ny do n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edch t\u00e9mat: pracovn\u00ed podm\u00ednky, t\u00fdmov\u00e1 spolupr\u00e1ce, podpora ze strany nad\u0159\u00edzen\u00fdch a veden\u00ed, pr\u00e1ce s pacienty, sla\u010fov\u00e1n\u00ed pr\u00e1ce a osobn\u00edho \u017eivota a pot\u0159eby spojen\u00e9 s du\u0161evn\u00ed pohodou.<br \/>\nZ\u00e1v\u011br: Na\u0161e anal\u00fdza prok\u00e1zala, \u017ee zdravotn\u00edci za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00ed formulovat svoje pot\u0159eby jak v oblasti pracovn\u00edch podm\u00ednek a organizace pr\u00e1ce, ale i v kontextu cel\u00e9ho sv\u00e9ho \u017eivota. Za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00ed kl\u00e1st d\u016fraz na vztahy na pracovi\u0161ti, na zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed psychologick\u00fdch pot\u0159eb a na rovnov\u00e1hu mezi osobn\u00edm \u017eivotem a prac\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><b>Kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e1 slova: <\/b>pandemie COVID-19 \u2013 psychick\u00e9 dopady \u2013 well-being zdravotn\u00edk\u016f \u2013 kvalitativn\u00ed anal\u00fdza pot\u0159eb<\/p>\n<p><b>Abstract <\/b><\/p>\n<p>Introduction: COVID-19 pandemic was a global crisis with extreme pressure on healthcare systems. The stressors were the same in the affected countries even if they could manifest in different intensity due to varied development and resources in the healthcare systems. Most of the published studies about mental health consequences on healthcare workers are quantitative studies mapping the occurence of depressive symptoms, symptoms of burnout, level of stress and other facotrs. In the presented paper, our aim was qualitative analysis of needs of healthcare workers.<br \/>\nMethods: We have analysed 1105 responses from a total of 2880 free answers in the three waves of the Czech HEROES study questionnaire from years 2020, 2021, 2022 and 118 responses from the survey of needs in the 2023 HEROES pilot intervention study. We used content analysis approach, and after creation of the code scheme, the data was coded in Atlas.ti programme. The codes were subsequently categorised.<br \/>\nResults: The needs of healthcare workers were categorised in following themes: working conditions, teamwork, support from superiors and management, patient care, work-life balance, and needs of well-being. The details regarding each category and example quotes from the respondents are presented in the paper.<br \/>\nConclusion: Our analysis proved that healthcare workers start to exprress their needs not only in the field of working conditions and organization of their work but also in the context of their entire lives.
