Cronbach alfa (vnit\u0159n\u00ed konzistence dotazn\u00edku) byla 0,819. Mezi zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9 technick\u00e9 nedostatky pat\u0159\u00ed mimo jin\u00e9 n\u00edzk\u00e1 kapacita baterie, k\u0159ehk\u00e1 konstrukce, \u010dast\u00e9 rozpojov\u00e1n\u00ed kabelu propojuj\u00edc\u00ed br\u00fdle-kabel-telefon a z\u00e1vislost kvality obrazu na rychlosti pohybu nositele br\u00fdl\u00ed.<br \/>\nZ\u00e1v\u011br: Za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed lze doporu\u010dit pro provoz na zdravotnick\u00fdch z\u00e1chrann\u00fdch slu\u017eb\u00e1ch a opera\u010dn\u00edch st\u0159edisc\u00edch po vy\u0159e\u0161en\u00ed technick\u00fdch nedostatk\u016f a limit\u016f.<\/p>\n<p><b>Kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e1 slova: <\/b>telemedic\u00edna \u2013 p\u0159enos obrazu \u2013 zdravotnick\u00e9 opera\u010dn\u00ed st\u0159edisko<\/p>\n<p><b>Abstract <\/b><\/p>\n<p>Introduction: Technology represents the possibility of connection between the holder of smart glasses with the built-in camera and the workplace of a remote observer.<br \/>\nMethod: Product testing was carried out at the Prague Emergency Medical Services. In the course of 2017, the inspector was involved in the documentation of situations with a greater number of persons affected, with the transmission of the situation to the Emergency Medical Dispatch. A questionnaire between users was used for evaluation.<br \/>\nResults: A total of 6 inspectors completed the questionnaire, i.e. 100 % of users of the technology during testing. Cronbach alpha (internal consistency of the questionnaire) was 0.819. It arises from a combination of physiological, psychological, social and environmental factors and can represent mild to life-threatening states of nature. During the patient assessment, we must integrate the medical history, physical examination, and paraclinical auxiliary examinations, and we must be aware of life-threatening conditions until they are reliably excluded. Projekt \u201eKoncept koordinace a realizace p\u0159eshrani\u010dn\u00ed spolupr\u00e1ce zdravotnick\u00fdch z\u00e1chrann\u00fdch slu\u017eeb\u201c (d\u00e1le Projekt \u010d. 30) se zab\u00fdv\u00e1 problematikou p\u0159eshrani\u010dn\u00ed spolupr\u00e1ce zdravotnick\u00fdch z\u00e1chrann\u00fdch slu\u017eeb \u010cesk\u00e9 republiky a Spolkov\u00e9 republiky N\u011bmecko. Na projektu jsme spolupracovali v oblasti komunikace. Dle na\u0161ich poznatk\u016f dosud neexistuje vhodn\u00e1 pom\u016fcka pro p\u0159ekon\u00e1n\u00ed jazykov\u00e9 bari\u00e9ry p\u0159i komunikaci zdravotn\u00edk\u016f v \u010desko-n\u011bmeck\u00e9m pohrani\u010d\u00ed. Tento probl\u00e9m jsme se rozhodli \u0159e\u0161it vytvo\u0159en\u00edm komunika\u010dn\u00ed pom\u016fcky. Pro maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed vyu\u017eitelnost v p\u0159ednemocni\u010dn\u00ed neodkladn\u00e9 p\u00e9\u010di jsme se rozhodli pom\u016fcku vytvo\u0159it pomoc\u00ed kombinace piktogram\u016f a p\u0159eklad\u016f.<\/p>\n<p><b>Kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e1 slova: <\/b>komunikace \u2013 jazykov\u00e1 bari\u00e9ra \u2013 piktogramy \u2013 p\u0159\u00edhrani\u010dn\u00ed oblast \u2013 p\u0159ednemocni\u010dn\u00ed neodkladn\u00e1 p\u00e9\u010de<\/p>\n<p><b>Abstract <\/b><\/p>\n<p>This article deals with the language barrier issue related to ambulance service and possibilities how to overcome it. However, communication between two medical professionals is crucial. The project: &#8222;The concept of coordination and realization of crossborder cooperation among emergency medical service workers&#8220; (further referred to as Project no. 30) deals with cross-border cooperation issues between emergency medical services of the Czech Republic and Germany. We have established cooperation with this project in the field of communication. According to our findings, a suitable tool, that would help to overcome the language barrier in the interaction of medical professionals at the Czech-German border doesn\u00b4t exist. Therefore, we have decided to create such a tool to help to solve this problem. P\u0159edlo\u017een\u00fd text ukazuje, jak\u00fdch nep\u0159esnost\u00ed se d\u00edky nespr\u00e1vn\u00e9mu postupu zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed dat a ignorov\u00e1n\u00ed demografick\u00e9ho v\u00fdvoje auto\u0159i dopustili a jak\u00fd vliv tyto nep\u0159esnosti na interpretaci dat maj\u00ed. The specific data shows how the number of medical emergency interventions in individual age groups of patients changes, both in total numbers and in mean interannual increases. The presented text shows what inaccuracies were caused by incorrect data processing and ignoring demographic trends and what effect these inaccuracies have on the interpretation of the data.
